There is emphasis on the relationship of design and innovation to new and emergent models of business and innovation​

Capturing good practices in terms of the innovation process in an organization
The report applies different user research methodologies to identify and critically evaluate the key drivers of creativity and innovation in an organization.

Additionally, perceptual maps were developed as well as the design innovation process for JIO was demonstrated.
KEY LEARNING
In a broad sense, conducting this research report helped to identify different approaches to innovation and how it is managed in a business organization. It helped to evaluate the nature, culture, and management of creativity and the role of design in various forms of enterprise. Lastly, it helped to showcase the benefits of, and value-added by design and its impact on the performance of businesses and other institutions. ​​
